Here I shall share various views on the being a writer front but not only, I take an ‘Interested-in-everything’ approach to life therefore I will occasionally share posts around other areas. Thanks for following ScienceSprings. I see that you managed to get a Google+ button. I have tried, the best I could do id under a “more” button. I went to WordPress forums for help and got nowhere. Can you tell me how to get this done as you have it?
Hi, I’d be happy to help. You have to go to the “Appearance Tab” on your dashboard, then choose “Widgets” and there you can see all the buttons available. Let me know if you still have problems and I will try and help further :). Thank you for visiting my blog btw 🙂
Thanks, I had been there, both Avilable, and Inactive. There is no widget there.
Sorry, my mistake, its not the “appearance” tab, its the “Settings” tab and then choose “sharing”. 🙂
Yup- that’s what I found, and it put the icon on the page, but under a “More” button. So, now, hoping for a better direction, I moved it back off to Available, hoping you can tell me how to get it up but showing. In any event, thanks ever so much for your help.
Hover your mouse over the icon you want and drag it into the “Enabled services” area. Then, right at the bottom of the page should be four boxes that you can tick, make sure all these are ticked and the sharing buttons will be available under everything you do in wordpress! 🙂
