iPadTip ~ How to turn on auto-brightness

Cperky's Blog

If you carefully analyze the frame of your iPad, you may notice a tiny shaded circle located at the top (above the camera on the iPad 2).

This is used for the auto-brightness feature that detects the amount of light in your current location and adjusts the screen brightness accordingly. To turn it on, go to Settings -> Brightness and Wallpaper, and toggle it.

Have fun with your iPad!
